What standard do the tested pipes comply with?
They comply with standard 6771
What pipe sizes are tested at Tehran Shargh?
Pipes with diameters ranging from 76 to 406 mm are tested.
What pressure are water supply pipes tested under?
The tested pipes are subjected to 50 bar pressure for 15 seconds.
What is the grade of the steel sheets used in Tehran Shargh’s production?
The sheets are ST37 Mobarakeh, equivalent to S235JR. Production with ST52 sheets is also available upon request.
What are the available product lengths?
Pipes and profiles are manufactured in lengths ranging from 4 to 13 meters. Please contact the sales department for more details.
What type of welding is used for pipes and profiles?
The production uses ERW welding (straight seam welding).
Which factory supplies the steel sheets used in production?
All steel sheets are sourced from Mobarakeh Steel Company, Isfahan.
Is contract manufacturing (custom production) available?
