Production Process
String coil sheets:
The raw materials for production, or iron sheet coils, must first be cut to fit the size of the product.
Saved Barcode Coils:
At this stage, the cut-out coils are stored in the horizontal capacitor, which significantly increases the efficiency and form of production.
Forming:
In this part, the iron strip is rounded and prepared to enter the welding stage. Due to the use of CT technology and the need to replace the mold, a large range of sections and pipes between 42 and 406 mm in size and high quality can be produced.
Welding unit:
The rounded iron strip is then welded inductively.
Cool unit:
The iron strip, which was turned into a pipe during the welding stage, enters the cooling unit and is ready to enter the sealing section.
Sizing:
In the sizing section, the pipe can be the same shape as the pipe, or rectangular sections, squares, and other shapes according to the product specifications.
Crack head:
After the sizing stage, the crack headgate is responsible for ensuring that the product is smooth.
Cut:
The produced product is then cut to the desired size in the cutting unit.
Bowling:
The conical machine can smooth the inner and outer openings and cut the welded policies of pipes with a maximum length of 15.5 meters and an outer diameter of 16 inches.
Hydrostatic test:
Two fully automatic 76 and 125-ton hydraulic testers are capable of testing 100 bar pressure welded seam pipes. The outer diameter and length of the tested pipes can be 16 inches and 15.5 meters, respectively.
packing:
The packaging stage, which is the stage before the product leaves the warehouse, is the last stage of production in which the products produced in different packages are arranged and bundled
